Our challenge was to present a kitchen design that met the church's specific needs: a blend of commercial-grade durability and a more refined, semi-commercial aesthetic.
Implementation
1. Consultation and Design Selection:
- After understanding the client's reservations about standard commercial kitchens, we introduced them to our range of semi-commercial kitchens. This option resonated with their vision.
2. Material and Style Choices:
- We chose to construct all floor and wall cupboards entirely from stainless steel, ensuring durability. The doors and drawer fronts were powder-coated, fitted with integrated handles to elevate the aesthetic appeal.
- The finishing touch was the black mirror sparkle quartz worktop, which added a sleek and sophisticated look to the kitchen.
3. Timely Execution:
- Recognising the urgency of the project, especially with a looming Christmas Eve gathering, we managed to complete the installation in a remarkable time frame of just three weeks, concluding on the 22nd of December.
Outcome
Bethel Church, initially inclined towards a domestic kitchen due to difficulty in finding a suitable service provider, was delighted with the final result. The bespoke semi-commercial kitchen not only met their specific needs but was also ready in time for a significant event, marking a successful completion of a challenging yet rewarding project.
