Northwood Garden Centre, nestled in Newcastle-Under-Lyme, sought a transformative renovation for their coffee shop and restaurant. The aim was clear: to instil a contemporary aura whilst amplifying the utilisation of their available space.

Our brief was to reimagine, design, and install a comprehensive dining space – encompassing both the front of the house and behind-the-counter areas – that blended both aesthetic allure and functional pragmatism, all within the set budget and timeframe.

1. Dining Area Design:

• With our industry expertise as our compass, we conceived a vibrant and refreshing dining layout that optimally leveraged the available space.

3. State-of-the-art Kitchenware:

• Our array of chosen appliances featured Convotherm Combination ovens, a Hobart Ecomax dishwasher, and Foster Refrigeration. We also incorporated bespoke stainless steel fabrication and a new extraction system to bolster efficiency.

4. Cold Storage Solutions:

• Responding to the significant growth in their restaurant operations, we installed two external cold rooms, ensuring that perishables remained in optimal conditions.
